Ben has 30 years of strategy, leadership and program management experience at Amgen. He currently serves as the Executive Director and Site Lead for Amgen Thousand Oaks - Amgen's global headquarters and home for over 5000 employees. Ben has successfully led teams and programs that have achieved over $1B in funding and served as the Global Program Management Director for 6 top priority assets for Amgen (Repatha, and 5 oncology assets). He has led projects and teams in R&D, Operations, Commercialization and Corporate Affairs. Prior to Amgen, Ben served as a U.S. Army Officer.  Ben's academic credentials are BS In Engineering from West Point, MS Engineering from U.C.L.A, MBA from Pepperdine University.
