Latha Vairavan was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in May 2025 and is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial operations for Arcutis. She has more than 20 years of finance and accounting professional experience in the biotech industry. She joined Arcutis in 2020 and has held roles of increasing responsibility within the organization, beginning as Executive Director, Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to her promotion to Chief Financial Officer, she served as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller, where she oversaw daily accounting operations, ensured compliance with financial, accounting, and income tax regulations, led all investor relations activities, and managed financial planning and analysis. Prior to Arcutis, Latha spent 12 years at Amgen, where she held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility within the finance organization. She ultimately served as Finance Director for U.S. Value and Access. Latha began her career as a financial consultant with KPMG and Arthur Andersen. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance, from the University of Southern California and is a licensed CPA in California.
