Competitive program to connect students from under-represented backgrounds with subsidized internships and career development programming
Leadership Catalyst Program
Informal advisory groups that help entrepreneurs and emerging leaders grow their functional and domain expertise through confidential peer advisory groups, executive coaching sessions, guest speakers, etc.
Summer Internship Experience
Integrated Los Angeles program that brings together diverse summer interns for educational, networking, and social events
People Strategy
Commitment to expand diversity of BioscienceLA Board of Directors, Advisory Boards, and Staff, while amplifying that approach for other local stakeholders
